The company Pasolli was founded in 1964 at a laboratory on via Zara in Bolzano in the business of pickling.

Almost 20 people work at the laboratory canning anchovies, artichokes, stuffed onions, tidbits, mushrooms, cucumbers, etc.

 

A Company up to Speed with the Times

Business grew constantly, both in terms of sales volume and the product range offered and in the 1980s it began to expand its network of salesmen. As a consequence, the clientele also became diversified including, among other businesses, many pizzerias. The company’s seat was moved to via Druso 297, where there is not just a laboratory but also a warehouse, since many products are purchased from third parties, especially lunchmeats and mozzarella cheese, a staple for the pizzerias.

In the 1990s, Pasolli moved to its current offices on via Einstein, which include a large warehouse and spacious offices. The size of the facility made it possible to further expand the product offering, which today numbers 1500 items.
