Business grew constantly, both in terms of sales volume and the product range offered and in the 1980s it began to expand its network of salesmen. As a consequence, the clientele also became diversified including, among other businesses, many pizzerias. The company’s seat was moved to via Druso 297, where there is not just a laboratory but also a warehouse, since many products are purchased from third parties, especially lunchmeats and mozzarella cheese, a staple for the pizzerias.
In the 1990s, Pasolli moved to its current offices on via Einstein, which include a large warehouse and spacious offices. The size of the facility made it possible to further expand the product offering, which today numbers 1500 items.
